It has been our mission to provide service to our community

area.
In February 2000, The Center for Servant Leadership at the
Pastoral Institute hosted a Servant Leadership Symposium. Leaders of Fortune Magazines "Top 100 Companies to
Work for in America"
spoke about the impact servant leadership has made in their companies. In
October of 2000, we hosted a Conference on Servant Leadership in Higher
Education. In 2001, Parker Palmer conducted a two day conference in Columbus
speaking to the various groups I mentioned above about "Leading from Within."
In the past five years, 2003, 2005, 2006, and 2007 our speakers have included
best selling authors, Jim Kouzes (The
Leadership Challenge), Ken Blanchard (The One Minute Manager), Dr.
John Izzo (Awakening Corporate Soul) and Jim Hunter (The World's Most
Powerful Leadership Principle). Each year our numbers have increased from
250 participants in 2003, 353 participants in 2005, 400 participants in 2006, to
more than 500 participants in 2007.
Please join us. We look forward to seeing you!
