Stand Tall: Essays on Life and Servant Leadership

In his first book, Stand Tall: Essays on Life and Servant Leadership, Kelvin shares stories from the workplace that illustrate good leadership and poor leadership, with examples for improving organizational practices and situations.  Some stories are inspirational, as they are taken from real life experiences. Each essay details the teachings of servant leadership and makes them applicable to everyone's lives. Kelvin's passion for servant leadership is clear.

"By blending important thoughts and writings of others into his observations and personal experiences, Kelvin Redd provides a guidebook for a life of servant leadership. His conclusion that servant leadership is a journey, not a destination, makes clear that our goal must be to reflect servant leadership ideals each day along the way, not to "become" a servant leader.

Kelvin's method of applying these precious principles to daily life illustrates how the awareness and practice of servant leadership in one's life can change relationships, businesses and, most importantly, lives."
